Volunteers
Children's Learning Center can provide you with one of the most fulfilling volunteer opportunities you'll have in the valley, Many of our volunteers are parents of TLC kids, but we draw on the greater community to help accomplish all that we can. Volunteer jobs include helping in the administrative office, help with fundraising events, special programming for the children, assistance in the classroom, assisting at therapeutic screenings and medical screenings, translation and much, much more. Businesses
Improve and expand a classroom in an existing center-based organization in our community to ensure that children are in healthy, safe, and appropriate environments. Have your business sponsor or participate in fundraising events. Have your employees volunteer in our classrooms. And most of all, support local and State government funding in early childhood education. It's an investment that makes a lot of difference in the long run.
Get your business and other businesses to participate in providing access to quality, affordable care for workers' children by educating them on how easy and relatively inexpensive it is to offer a Dependent Care Flexible Spending Plan as a benefit to employees with young families. This gives employees a way to pay for their childcare or preschool services PRE-TAX. a savings to the employee and a boost in employee morale for the business.

Children's Learning Center relies on a combination of federal, state and local grants as well as individual donations. Taking any of these important funding sources out of the equation would result in less educational opportunities for our children. Your donation to Children's Learning Center is a vital tool in keeping the programs strong. And due to the streamlined structure of our organization, 85 percent of your dollars go directly to children's programs.
